[XML-SIG] XML Schema / SQL Schema

Hi All,

does someone know a tool or library that can transfer XML Schema to SQL 
Schema ?
I also would need something which could build a Parser from that XML Schema so 
that I can parse the coresponding XML Files and feed them to a database.

Where could I find this tools ?
