Examplotron (http://examplotron.org). It generates RelaxNG schemas
from an instance document. You can use trang to produce DTD or W3C
schemas.

It allows you to specify (with namespaced attributes in the document)
constraints when they are not inferable from the document (for
instance, the fact that an element is optional, something that
Examplotron cannot find itself).
