You've reached what basically amounts to a user group in regards to a legal
inquiry on very old software.  The PyXML modules are now part of the Python
standard library.

If you'd like licensing clarification for a specific version of this
software please contact the Python Software Foundation.  Contact info can be
found on python.org.  As the licenses have changed over time you'll want to
include specific details on which version you want to use in your product.
