Has anyone had any problems with SPAM filters because of the lack of an
explicit recipient in the To: field? I notice that Mailman itself has an
option to filter out messages as SPAM if they do not carry an explicit
recipient, but I am told that Mailman itself has no way to send with
explicit recipients.

Does this generally cause problems? Is there a way to set the number of
recipients per mailing, or is that pretty much hard coded in?
