[Mailman-Users] can't make a new list from the GUI

What is the symptom? What happens when you click "Create List"?

Are you using virtual hosts? Is the host name in the URL of the create
page in the VIRTUAL_HOSTS dictionary (add_virtualhost() in mm_cfg.py)?
