What is in the Mailman log files 'error' and 'qrunner'?

Before you stop mailmanctl, are mailmanctl and all eight qrunner
processes running? See

When Mailman stops processing messages, in which queue (subdirectory of
qfiles/) are the messages (tttt.tttt+xxxxxxxx.pck files) found?
