[Distutils] Where to get help changing ownership of Pypi package?

Hi,   I realise this is the wrong place, but does anyone know who could help resolve ownership of the Pypi package PyCairo https://sourceforge.net/p/pypi/support-requests/728/ There are also a bunch of similar tickets, I guess nobody checks these any more ? :( S++
