Indeed, new uploads should be available for pip install very quickly. I’m seeing 0.4.3 when I request the simple index. Can you provide the output of `curl -I https://pypi.org/simple/python-gnupg/` It is possible that you are hitting a stale cache in PyPI's CDN.
