[Mailman-i18n] new champion for Russian translation

Hi I seem to spend less than appropriate time for updating Russian translations, hence it would be a very good idea to find a new champion for Russian language team. I must note though that the mailman-ru mailing list is quite quiet and the only traffic there is spam :) Kind Regards, -- Misha
