Ahh, okay. Cool. I knew that there was a hashing scheme, but I had thought the intent was to use that for allowing multiple queue runners for each queue, on a single machine. I wasn't aware that the same mechanism would be used for splitting the queues across servers via NFS -- allowing you to avoid the locking problems I mentioned earlier.
