Couple of questions.
Should we be sending to everyone using blast@onyxma.com or blast@lists.onyxma.com
When a person sends, even though they are in the "list", they do not get a copy in their inbox. Is there a setting we can change so the sender gets a copy too if they are in the full list? I know they have what is in the sent box, but we'd like a sender to get a copy as well in their inbox since they are on the list.
Occasionally when we send to the blast everyone does not get the notice. It's rare that it happens, but it does. When it happens only a handful of people don't get it (not in their spam/junk either). Advice?

That depends on your MTA configuration. if both addresses deliver to Mailman, it doesn't matter.

If the user is a gmail user, see <https://wiki.list.org/x/4030680>.
Otherwise this could be that the user's setting for Receive your own
posts to the list? is No (this is not metoo
checked in the admin UI
membership list)

Check the MTA logs to see if the message was bounced and the reason if so. If the message was accepted by the user's MX, this is an issue between the user and their ISP and not something you can do anything about.
