Bug in Mailman version 2.1.23

Hi,
I inherited an install of Mailman and I know very little about it. I have been able to do most tasks (it's pretty intuitive) but I can't get in to the admindb portion of the program. I can login but when I do I get this:
Bug in Mailman version 2.1.23 We're sorry, we hit a bug!
Please inform the webmaster for this site of this problem. Printing of traceback and other system information has been explicitly inhibited, but the webmaster can find this information in the Mailman error logs.
The list resides on a host so I do not believe that I have command line access. I have no idea even where I can see the mailman error logs.
Can someone point me in the right direction on this? Thanks for any assistance you can provide.

Diagnosing and fixing this problem will undoubtedly require more access to the Mailman host machine than you have. You need to work with the hosting service to resolve this.
