You can get a list of members whose subscriptions to 'mylist' have been disabled by bounces using 'bin/list_members --nomail=bybounce mylist' and you can unsubscribe members using bin/remove_members.
$ bin/list_members --nomail=bybounce mylist | bin/remove_members -n -N -f - mylist
(Check the options for remove_members. You may want to use --fromall as well.)
