Seriously? In primary school English class I learned that you can nest quotations by using different quote characters. Maybe we need to consider that first-grade English (or whatever your native language is) should be considered a prerequisite for coding, and just teach those kinds of concepts (including words like "singular" and "plural", since they're so helpful for diagnosing bugs).
