I see a lot of discussion in this thread about use of `isinstance` in general. What about the `pickle.(In)compatible` proposal? Is it something I should write a PEP for?
You don't need to write a PEP. Just open an issue on http://bugs.python.org and propose a patch. Regards Antoine.
