Here is a small example:
I have an object of type ILDERow and want to cast it to ISurfaceCoordinateBreak. Using win32com this can be done in the following way:
*from *win32com.client *import CastTo*
cbSurface = CastTo(surface, *"ISurfaceCoordinateBreak"*)
