Hi all, I tried to work around the no boolean operators in yt3.1 thing that Cameron told me about by using two cut_regions [image: Inline image 1] but then I get this error: [image: Inline image 2] It doesn't make a different what order I use for the two cut_region calls. I guess that this is something else that hasn't made it into yt3.1? It seems strange, though, so I thought I would check. Thanks! Stephanie -- Dr. Stephanie Tonnesen Alvin E. Line 763 in that file doesn't look like that in yt 3.1. Do you know what changeset hash you're on?

Hi Stephanie, Can you try to upgrade your cython and recompile the extensions? I think that will solve your problem. Something like: pip install --upgrade cython cd $YT_DEST/src/yt-hg python setup.py develop should work. -Andrew On Fri, Jun 19, 2015 at 4:09 PM, Stephanie Tonnesen <stonnes@gmail.com> wrote:
