'object not found' and 'out of bounds' errors

Hi all, I was plotting Enzo outputs with yt (version = 3.0, changeset = cf867eab0515), and obtained the following errors messages: 1). For DD0000 (the name of the output files) the error message and backtrace: http://paste.yt-project.org/show/5044/ 2). For DD0001 files: http://paste.yt-project.org/show/5045/
From 0002, all output files produce figures that looked normal.
Any ideas what happened? Thanks! Hao
