[python-advocacy] logo

I am wondering what the half-life of people being really fed up is.
This obviously has bike-shed aspects, but I can't escape the conclusion that
the logo has very little resonance with Python as a tool or a community.

I am getting "still fed up" signals so far. I need more encouragement before
carrying on further. Most likely I will go back into hibernation on this and
poke at it again in a couple more years.
