[AstroPy] scikit-spectra: Tools for explorative spectroscopy — scikit-spectra 0.3.1-2 documentation

I spotted on the scikit-image list that a scikit has recently
popped up for (non-astronomical) spectroscopy, based on pandas:

   http://hugadams.github.io/scikit-spectra/

It looks mostly visualization-orientated and I can't currently see
much at a glance that's obviously in common with what's needed for
astronomical spectroscopy, except for some basic unit handling (yep,
another one) and "World" indexing, but thought people might be
interested in its existence.
