 You have expertise in Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning,
Statistics and Data Mining.

 You excel in writing and deploying robust, structured code (preferably
Python, Java or Scala).

 You can prepare scripts in languages like Python, R, Matlab, Julia or
Octave.

 You are familiar with the latest data science trends, tools and packages.

 You have knowledge of NoSQL DBs like Neo4j and MongoDB and Lucene based
search-engines like ElasticSearch, Solr, etc.

 You are really smart and you have some way of proving it (e.g. you hold a
MS/M.Tech or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics,
Statistics or related field).

 There is at least one project on your resume that you are extremely proud
to present.

 You have at least 4 years’ experience driving projects, tackling
roadblocks and navigating solutions/projects through to completion

 You have well-above-average written and verbal communication skills.



*Good to have: *

 Experience in a data-driven environment: Leveraging analytics and large
amounts of (streaming) data to drive significant business impact.

 Knowledge of MapReduce, Hadoop, Spark, etc.

 Experience in creating compelling data visualizations



*You will be expected to lead the way by *

 Bringing your own deeply technical skill set to the table, and closely
collaborating with your team in taking on challenges a rapidly growing
company faces.

 Setting up a solid data science infrastructure and choosing the right
tools for the job.

 Knowing what it takes to make new technology work in existing, enterprise
IT environments.

 Actively coaching and continuously providing feedback to data scientists.

within your data science team.
