[Catalog-sig] Mandatory Reset of PyPI Passwords

Hi all,

I have now deployed the new passlib/bcrypt and password reset code to
live PyPI. Thanks to everyone who contributed.

I'll start the process of sending the password reset email shortly.

Please change your passwords :-)
