[CentralOH] PyOhio Young Coders Reschedule

As many of you are aware, we had to cancel the Young Coders class at PyOhio
this year.

We are rescheduling the class for 9/7/2019, and are in need of volunteers
to help TA or co-teach the class.

(For anyone whose child is interested in attending, registration will be up
by 8/24. Those who had already registered for the PyOhio date will be given
priority when registration opens back up.)
