That guy is seriously on the ball.

The really big point to take away from that Selenium bit is:
"everything is time-boxed."  Meaning, at the top of the discussion,
declare that it won't last more than 30 minutes...and then stick to
it.  It sounds like a game, but it really does keep things moving.
