Yes, that is a great back up plan. In fact, we deferred a previous  
Perfromics to this month when GETCO stepped up.

Luckily, our calendar system allows a little extra time this month to  
prepare. Would it be to lofty of a goal to have a venue in place a  
week prior to the meeting date?
