Just a few quick hits for migrating. Not python..but you can use the
mysql database from python once converted.

I haven't found anything odbc for acces ms. access, but freetds does
let you interact with mssql server. Not sure if that would be useful
to you or not. Though, I think the top 2 links should let you migrate
your data to psql/mysql and from there you should be good.
