	Disclaimer: I work on the Rackspace Cloud Servers team.

	Having said that, I would recommend looking into Rackspace Cloud Servers. Very flexible in terms of distros and sizes. You also only pay for the time that you have the server. I've spun up several to do a load-balancing demo, and then deleted them when I was done, and the total change was under a nickle. ;-)
