[Chicago] ChiPy North Meeting

I'd be happy to host the meeting at our offices and I can help organize.  I
may even be able to wrangle a presenter or two. Thanks for the support on
this Brian. For food, there are multiple restaurants close by that will
deliver.

As far as the definition of north suburbs you proposed, there seemed to be
quite a few people out in the northwest suburbs as well. Logistically the
'burbs can be worse than the city so I'd like to keep the dialog open on the
locations that are reasonable to get the most attendance.
