[Chicago] ChiPy PyCon and ChiPy Loop... Help!

We should be more flexible on an open space time. And since you want
the new people to share experiences with pycon at a chipy space, I
think Friday is a bad idea. There won't have been enough of pycon for
them to share. Maybe have one on Saturday or Sunday but if you have
one during the open science BOF I will set you on fire(tm).
