Can we stop with the "if this becomes more about organization..."  line?  I
read this list everyday, and the *vast* majority of posts are of the order
"I've got a numpy array with x integers...." or " hey, does anybody know
how to compile cython on RHEL..?" .  Its not a big deal people.  At all.
 Stop acting like sorting out the fine print is in any way going to ruin
the party.
