[Chicago] Survey: Raise your hand if your company uses Python

Sprout Social uses Python mainly for an internal API but also uses Python
for internal tooling and some ops work. Our API glues together data from
our various Java micro-services / pipeline and returns in whatever fashion
our web client requires.
