[Conferences] Any Suggestions for Creating A PyCon Web Application?

Hello Lists,

I know that we (Indonesia) still has a long and winding road to have
our own PyCon ID.
Do you guys have any suggestion to create a web application for
handling a PyCon?

* announcement/news
** Call for Proposal
** Schedule
** Keynote speaker
** Speaker profile
* Submit Proposal (for speakers)
* Review proposal (for committees)
* User registration(?)
* ...
