[Conferences] Trademark policy for "PyCon" conferences

The scipy community has always been a very welcoming community, and I truly
believe that having or not having a Coc is not going to make a difference
concerning your safety at this conference or at EuroScipy. If you looked at
the organizing/program committees, you'd see it is a very diverse
conference. I think this speaks much more about the atmosphere of the
conference than any code of conduct.
I'd also like to point (because Coc usually target sexism) that any
scientific python conferences have always had a much higher number of women
attending, talking or organizing than any other traditional python events.

Anyways, Scipy has a code of conduct. EuroScipy doesn't.
