I'd say that since I've started using it sage.math has averaged close
to 99% uptime, it's just bad timing at the moment.

+1, this has made a huge difference in our development process. A
system powerful enough to rebuild and retest Sage as well as running
Cython's own self-tests is certainly a worthwhile sue of this hardware
from Sage's point of view as well.

Unfortunately, I have neither the skills nor time to do the kinds of
sys-adminy things that sage.math needs.
