Seems to me that it makes sense to retire the SIGs when their mission
is accomplished.  Alternatively, it may be time to start thinking
about splitting the comp.lang.python newsgroup.  The one question that 
I have is whether to create m.l. mirrors of any new newsgroups that
get voted in.
