[DB-SIG] Duplicate mails

There might be several reasons...
1) You might be subscribed to list from different email addresses...;
2) You might have misconfigured your mail program's filtering rules (can be
easily done in Outlook!:);
3) If you do not get all the messages in number of two, but just replies to
your own mails, people might
be using Reply to both yourself and the list :)
