I am somewhat successful.
I can build a .exe installer, and it runs ok (ie installs everything in
the correct places). But the generated .pyd modules are somehow
incompatible. At least on Windows 2000 I get a segfault when I try to
import a .pyd module.
I don't understand enough of Windows .dll internals to debug this :/
