[Distutils] error with bittorrent and twisted

hi
im trying to package 5.0.9 bittorrent
(http://download.bittorrent.com/dl/) , as well as twisted (2.5) using
setuptools.

On install i get an error for bittorrent :

I get another error for Twisted :
