[Distutils] setuptools Fails with Subversion 1.5

My checking indicates that this will continue to work fine - the  
reason the version number in the file got bumped was because they  
added some fields. The existing regular expressions used to parse the  
entries file shouldn't misbehave in any way whatsoever.
