[Distutils] zc.buildout newbie question

Zope buildouts usually contain a part 'zopepy' generating
a Python interpreter under bin:

[zopepy]
recipe = zc.recipe.egg
eggs = ${instance:eggs}
interpreter = zopepy
extra-paths = ${zope2:location}/lib/python
scripts = zopepy
