[Distutils] [Distribute] What versions should we support?

That's the zc.buildout effect: zope-based applications are still using
2.4 so everytime
a zope-based app is built, setuptools for 2.4 is downloaded from PyPI.

The current status of 2.5/2.6 support is unclear to me in Plone land
for instance,
I thaught it was effective.

2.4 has to be supported in any case.
