Thanks for the Python 3 support work.

I've cleaned up your commits a bit. The "regebro-python3" branch is
now marked as closed and merged into the "python3" branch. I've also
made a new commit on the setuptools-0.6 branch to create a proper
second head again. We are back at two active branches and
corresponding heads as shown at
http://bitbucket.org/tarek/distribute/changesets/.
