[Distutils] how to test distribute

Hello,

I'd appreciate some hints how to run the tests of
bitbucket.org/tarek/distribute/#0.6-maintenance
and how to "test-drive" it.

I want to check/fix the bug with win-amd64.exe's.
That means I need to be able to somehow run
"easy_install reportlab-2.5.win-amd64-py2.6.exe"
