[Distutils] bug in z3c.recipe.scripts

z3c.recipe.scripts doesn't work with buildout 2. It never will.

You need to downgrade to version 1 using the version 1 bootstrap script:

  http://downloads.buildout.org/1/bootstrap.py

In the long run, you'll want to change your buildouts to use zc.recipe.egg
instead.
