Wes, the JSON-LD spec isn't going anywhere, so we can adopt it whenever we
decide it's useful to do so. However, that also means that bringing it up
in every single discussion in the meantime is annoying, not helpful. You've
been heard, and JSON-LD is indeed interesting, it just doesn't solve any
high priority problems for the Python packaging ecosystem.
