[Distutils] Pip upgrade

Hi
I am having troubles upgrading my pip.
terminal says:
You are using pip version 9.0.1, however version 9.0.3 is available.
You should consider upgrading via the 'pip install --upgrade pip' command.

I used the same command as mentioned but it keeps on repeating the same
lines.


python version: Python 2.7.12
pip version: pip 9.0.1

Kindly help me in this regard.
