Erm, well, I wouldn't say "no longer being maintained" - I still haven't
changed the name. I *did* try to upload a new version this morning, but
something has gone wrong with my ability to upload (password changed
under my feet), so I'm awaiting a reply from "customer services" before
I can do anything more.

If Amos wants a copy urgently, I can always email it to him - it seems
to cope adequately with "plain" reST text, although it's a bit behind
the times on some subtleties that have been changing lately!
