[Doc-SIG] Docbook output

Hi folks,

Has any work been done to create DocBook output from reST input?  If
not, where would I begin if I wanted to tackle such a thing?

I'm actually interested in three output formats (in addition to XHTML
and PDF, which appear to be well in hand):

* DocBook
* Simplified DocBook
* XMLspec (the format W3C docs are written in)

If there's anyone working on this already, how can I help?

Please cc any reply, as I'm not (yet?) a subscriber to the list.
