[Doc-SIG] Python Documentation Translation in italian language

Hi Julien,
can we move https://github.com/alessandrocucci/python-docs-it to pycon? I
just found an active contributor and I think more will come in the next few
days.
I'm not done with tutorials yet, so for now please don't add the italian
language to the menu.
