[docs] Documentation 404

Hi all.

I'm seeing 404 errors on all the documentation links on this page: https://docs.python.org/3/download.html for 3.7.4rc1<https://docs.python.org/3/download.html%20for%203.7.4rc1>. Tried cellular + ethernet so I'm fairly certain the problem is not on my end.

Just a heads up. Thanks for all you guys do.
